The ministry entrusted Conexia with the collection and management of information related to the 2009 legislative election. This solution allowed the public to send a SMS via mobile phone and receive a real-time personalized response including their registration details and instructions on where to vote.
The solution included a dynamically updated website, personalized SMS notifications and data collection, and management services.
